I have Oculus Rift and a multi-GPU setup and VRMark Cyan Room is failing when run with the HMD. Why?
This appears to be an issue with the Oculus Rift runtime and DX12 when using multiple GPUs. As a workaround, you can start SteamVR and force Oculus Rift to use OpenVR API instead. Note that this issue occurs only in multi-GPU scenarios, single GPU systems can use the Oculus runtime with Cyan Room just fine.
VRMark Cyan Room is crashing. I have a Radeon Pro series card and I'm using Radeon Pro Software Enterprise Drivers
This is an issue with the current Radeon Pro Workstation graphics drivers (17.Q4, dated 10/26/2017). There is currently no workaround. If your card works with the normal Radeon Crimson ReLive drivers, you can use them instead.
VRMark Cyan Room crashes. I'm using Intel 4th Generation ("Haswell") system and the integrated graphics of the processor (HD Graphics 4x00)
"Haswell" Intel integrated graphics is limited to maximum of 1.7GB of addressable video memory. This is below the minimum requirement of VRMark Cyan room and running this test on HD Graphics 4x00 is not supported.

My score seems too low? What's the problem?
When running in desktop mode, HMD processes, such as the SteamVR empty world scene and the Oculus Rift home scene, can negatively affect your results. Please ensure they are closed before starting the test.
Vertical sync, FreeSync, and G-SYNC can also negatively affect your results. They should be disabled before running the benchmark.
How can I run the benchmark on my VR headset instead of my monitor?
To run a benchmark or experience on your VR headset, go to the OPTIONS screen and set "Allow content to run on an HMD" to "Yes".
When you use your VR headset as the display, the frame rate will be capped to 90 frames per second. You will not get full result details. The benchmark tests use an animated camera. For your own comfort, you should not wear your headset while the test is running.
Some headsets, such as the Oculus Rift, detect whether the headset is being worn. You will need to cover the proximity sensor with your finger or tape. Or you can place the headset on your forehead rather than over your eyes.
