Performance Analyzer aids consumers with graphics card and memory upgrade recommendations
Saratoga, CA – May 29, 2002 – PNY™ Technologies announced today that it is providing consumers the ability to access MadOnion.com’s Performance Analyzer FREE on PNY’s website. This service enables PNY website visitors to quickly analyze their current computer system components and evaluate how they can easily enhance their PC’s performance. Each customized performance analysis is based on a dynamic database of over 4 million benchmark results from MadOnion.com’s proprietary 3DMark®2001 benchmark software.

The performance analyzer is compatible with all consumer desktop PCs and will automatically detect over 300 attributes of the user’s PC, including the Microsoft® operating system used. The service uses this information to estimate optimal graphics card and memory upgrades to the user’s PC. By integrating the analysis recommendations (upgrading to higher performing hardware), users will benefit by getting increased performance and higher frame rates. Games will run more smoothly, applications will run faster and more reliably even at higher resolutions and richer colors.
