- If you choose to sign in through Google, we will collect and store your email address and chosen username.

Consequences of Withholding Information
To use all features of the Services, you may be required to submit or allow for the collection of personal data. Our terms of use and other agreements with you may also require you to provide personal data. If you do not provide that data, then elements of the Services may not work correctly, and we may not be able to provide some Services to you.
How We Share Your Personal Data
Sale and Sharing: We do not sell personal data in exchange for monetary consideration. However, as further described below and in the Cookie Notice, we use certain analytics and online advertising vendors to track usage of the Services and display online advertising to you that some jurisdictions may consider to be a “sale” or “sharing.” You can review and change your cookie preferences at any time by visiting our Cookie Settings Preference Center linked on the Cookie Notice.
Public Posting: We post your public benchmark results and your username (if any) publicly on our websites. If you enter a contest and win, we may publicize your name, username and/or general location. Exceptional benchmark scores may also appear in our hall of fame with your username, country and information about your computer hardware. If you do not want benchmark information to appear publicly, you can hide individual results using the option on the results page or you can hide all new results automatically on your account settings page. If you wish, you can also delete your account and the data associated with it.
Anonymized Benchmark and Survey Data: We also share aggregated, anonymized benchmark and survey data publicly and draw upon it to provide our services. For example, we publish trends in the use of the Services and produce reports on device-configuration trends and statistics. We also offer a benchmarks database that allows our clients to obtain aggregated device information (such as the number of computers with a particular graphic card) and a tool that allows clients to compare the performance of their hardware to other users. Before making this information available, we aggregate it and remove personal identifiers so that it cannot reasonably be associated with a particular user.
Subsidiaries and Affiliates: Additionally, we may disclose your personal data to our subsidiaries and affiliated companies, especially where doing so is necessary for the provision of services, account administration, sales, marketing or support. We take steps to ensure that all UL Solutions companies that receive your personal data follow our data protection policy, this privacy notice and applicable law.
Third-Party Service Providers: We provide your personal data to third parties that perform certain functions on our behalf, such as sending email, providing cloud hosting, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, processing credit card payments and providing direct marketing services. These parties only have access to such information as necessary to perform their functions and may not use it for any purpose other than to provide services to us. Our current third-party service providers include:
- FastSpring: Our online store is powered by a third-party provider called FastSpring that specializes in the safe and secure sale and fulfillment of software and other digital products. For all purchases, FastSpring employs Verisign SSL Certificates that meet the highest standard in the Internet security industry for secure transactions. FastSpring is compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). You can find out more about purchasing through FastSpring here and read its privacy policy here.
- Freshdesk: Our customer support pages are powered by a third-party provider called Freshdesk. Through Freshdesk, we have access to your username, email address and any other personal data you include in your profile or support requests. We do not use that information for any purpose other than helping you with your request. You should contact Freshdesk directly if you wish to exercise your rights to the data they hold about you. You can read Freshdesk's privacy policy here.
- Google Analytics and Firebase: We use Google Analytics and Firebase to collect anonymous statistical information about how people use our Services.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics here.
- To opt out of Firebase Analytics in the 3DMark and VRMark Android apps, go to the Settings screen and disable Analytics.

- The right to be free from discrimination (for example, by charging higher prices or refusing to provide you services); and

Your account is linked to the product key(s) you purchased. To ensure that you do not lose access to your purchases or historical data, we do not automatically delete this data. You are always in control and can ask us to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. We may, however, retain and use your information where it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, secure our services, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, protect our legal rights and take other actions permitted by law. We may also retain aggregated and anonymized information to provide and improve our services.
